Forestry is more than just tree production. MRC is committed to managing all aspects of the land. MRC is using significant selection management, replanting from native seed sources, operating with well respected stream zone buffers, and using an acreage-based harvest plan that ensures its land will become a well-stocked forest with trees of all sizes and with a substantial and varied presence of fish and wildlife.
