Terrestrial Wildlife

Wildlife biologists focus their efforts on surveys for sensitive species such as northern spotted owls, marbled murrelets, and Point Arena mountain beavers. In addition, they conduct surveys to learn about biodiversity on our forestlands including surveys for: birds of prey (e.g. hawks), mammals, and songbirds.
